1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, purchasing or using Weather4Fly, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy and Terms & Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Weather4Fly provides weather forecasts, flight-condition summaries, drone profiles, precipitation information, geomagnetic information, map and airspace awareness, device sensor tools and related pre-flight features. Features and data availability vary by platform, region, subscription, device and provider.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for adults and drone operators who are legally permitted to use it. You must meet the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements that apply in your country and app store.

4. Pilot responsibility

You are solely responsible for the operation of your aircraft and agree to:

• Follow all aviation, privacy, property, safety and local laws.
• Obtain any required registration, authorization, certification or permission.
• Confirm weather and airspace information through appropriate official sources.
• Inspect the aircraft, launch site, obstacles and actual conditions before flight.
• Observe the current manufacturer limitations for your exact aircraft and configuration.
• Stop or postpone a flight whenever conditions are unsafe or uncertain.

5. Data accuracy and availability

Weather, map, airspace, drone specification and environmental information is obtained from third parties or public sources. Data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or incorrect. Forecasts are estimates and local conditions may differ. “Safe”, “Caution” and “Do Not Fly” are decision-support signals, not guarantees.

6. Drone profiles

Brand names, model names and specifications belong to their respective owners. Catalog profiles are provided for convenience and may not reflect later manufacturer changes, payloads, firmware, accessories, damage, battery condition or local variants. Verify and adjust the profile before relying on it.

7. Purchases, subscriptions and trials

Paid products are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, taxes, billing intervals, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation and refund rules are displayed by the relevant store and governed by your agreement with that store.

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through the store account, subject to the store’s deadlines. A trial may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled in time. A lifetime purchase provides access to the premium features offered for that product while Weather4Fly remains available; it does not guarantee that every feature or external data source will exist forever.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse, interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or attempt unauthorized access to the service, except where applicable law expressly permits. You may not use Weather4Fly to facilitate illegal or unsafe flight operations.

9. Intellectual property

Weather4Fly’s software, design, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

10. Third-party services

The service depends on providers including Apple, Google, NOAA, mapping, hosting and aviation-data services. Their terms and availability also apply. Weather4Fly is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes or content.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weather4Fly is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weather4Fly and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of data or profit, aircraft loss, property damage, personal injury, regulatory action or any loss arising from a flight decision or reliance on the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Weather4Fly during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes and termination

Features, providers and these terms may change. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service where reasonably necessary. You may stop using Weather4Fly at any time and manage purchases through your app-store account.

14. Governing rules

Applicable mandatory consumer law remains unaffected. Any dispute will be handled under the law and jurisdiction that validly applies to the relationship, including mandatory rights available where you reside.
